The admission process for PG programmes commences in January and March, respectively. To apply, one may Apply online, upload documents, or pay online. Read the Admission page for the latest information on how to apply, or contact us for details.
Check the list of the required documents in the Programmes section of the site. Confirmation about receipt of your form is to be checked on Admission Microsite. It normally takes 3-5 working days to process the form.
Admission microsite is an online portal at https://portal.amity.edu/login.aspx. An applicant can check his Registration/ Interview/Selection status by logging into his/her Admission Microsite with the application form number and the password at regular intervals for all admission-related information. No separate communication will be sent in this regard.
Request for change in category will be entertained only prior to appearing for Test/Interview. There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission after the selection process in a category for which you had not applied in the Application Form. In such cases, you may exercise the option to accept or to deny the offer.
Students may apply for two programmes under Option 1 & Option 2, e.g. MBA (Logistics Management) and MBA (Supply Chain Management) respectively. Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria, you will be called for Selection process for Option 1. If you are called for Selection process for Option 2, it implies that you are not meeting the eligibility criteria of Option 1. Change is possible before selecting the Selection process date by sending a mail request to Noida Campus (admissions@amity.edu) and for Mumbai Campus (admissions@mum.amity.edu)
Yes, a student may apply provisionally for any course but needs to produce all the original mark sheets/degrees at the time of registration. However, for a PG Programme aspirant, 30th October is the last date for submission of original mark sheet
Incorrectly filled, incomplete and unsigned forms are rejected. Form once rejected will not be reconsidered and form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever
Login to your Admission Microsite (with form number and password), check if the Test/Interview dates are notified on the microsite. Select the given date if you are comfortable with it else you may ignore the date and wait for a new date. However, applicants are advised not to miss too many dates as we have limited seats in all the programmes. Admission is on first-come-first-serve basis
Test/Interview date released on admission microsite should be selected 24 hours prior to the date of test/ interview. Failing which you will have to wait for the further dates to be released
An applicant can select a maximum of two dates for appearing in selection process. In case the applicant fails to appear in selection process even on the second (selected) date, no further dates will be given.
The admit card can be downloaded from the Admissions Microsite once you select and submit the given test/interview date. You are required to print the admit card for appearing in the selection process. Applicants are required to adhere to the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. Latecomers will not be entertained.
Test/interview dates are scheduled until all the available seats are full. The admission committee notifies the applicant on the last date of the test/interview on the Admission Microsite.
The results are communicated to the students through Admissions Microsite. A soft copy of the admission letter is uploaded online. No hard copy is issued. Hence a student is advised to check the contents of Admissions Microsite at regular intervals.
CII School of Logistics follows the semester system which is in conformity with the global practices and standards. Students are required to maintain minimum SGPA (Semester Grade Point Average) & CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point average) to get promoted to the next semester and qualify for Degree completion.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the examinations. Attendance of a student is calculated from the date of commencement of programme or date of fee payment (whichever is later).
For fee payment you may either avail net banking or make the payment at any Axis Bank branch with cash/DD or at CII School of Logistics, Amity University Accounts Office with DD.
Partial payments are not accepted. You are required to pay first semester fee as well as academic security fee in full as per the deadline specified in the selection letter.
If you are not able to pay the fees within the specified date due to some valid reason, you are required to approach the admission office or CII School of Logistics Counsellor. Depending upon the availability of seats and decision of Admission Committee, further extension of date may be considered.
AMIZONE is an intranet zone, student portal of Amity University. It help students in accessing a wide array of academic domains like online session plans for the entire semester, time table, attendance, syllabus, course materials etc. Amizone is updated on Admission Microsite within 48-72 working hours of fee payment.
Selected candidate can report for registration on the programme commencement date. Candidates will not be allowed to register for the programme/hostel 10 days post the commencement date under any circumstances. Hostel seat (if applicable) will automatically get cancelled. 10% fee concession is offered to Amity students, who continue their higher education at Amity University with a maximum gap of two years. Noida Campus also offers Direct Admission to its own graduates in all Master's programmes: All candidates with Bachelor's degree (Except Engineering) with a CGPA of 7 having passed out from AUUP, Noida campus with a maximum gap of one year. All candidates with Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a CGPA of 6.5 having passed out from AUUP, Noida with a maximum gap of one year. Yes, Amity offers comprehensive hostel (AC and non-AC) facilities for boys and girls separately within the campuses. Due to limited seats, hostel accommodation is not offered to applicants from Delhi and NCR.
The hostel fee is inclusive of the boarding and the laundry charges. Mess charges are on an actual basis (Rs. 5000 Approx. per month). Multi-cuisine cafeterias and food courts on the campus cater to diverse tastes and palates.
Apartment-styled AC accommodation is a single occupancy concept in a 4-room apartment which is air conditioned along with a sitting lounge, cable TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi connection and essential furniture including bed mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and laundry services. Twin-sharing non-AC accommodation would include essential furniture along with a bed mattress, study table, chair, cupboard, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and laundry services.
ACADEMIC WITHDRAWAL REFUND GUIDELINES Application for withdrawal from the programme is to be submitted through Amizone (www.amizone.net). No other mode of request will be considered. Withdrawal application will be processed as per following AUUP refund Guidelines: If a student withdraws his/her admission up to 15 days before the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 100% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit after deduction of an amount not more than 5% of the fees (subject to a maximum of Rs.5000.00) as processing charges. If a student withdraws his/her admission less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 90% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. If a student withdraws his/her admission up to 15 days post the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 80% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. If a student withdraws his/her admission between 16-30 days after the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 50% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. If a student withdraws his/her admission on or post 30 days of commencement of the academic session, none of the semester fees will be refunded except for the Security Deposit.
