The Admission Process

Click the 'Apply Now' links on the website, contact us via phone or email, or visit any of the CII School of Logistics campuses to obtain the application form.

Submit the application form with the following:

• A passport-size photograph. The dimensions should be 3.5cm x 4.5cm. Scanned photograph files should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, or bmp format for online submission.
• Class X, Class XII, and Graduation marksheets. The scanned marksheet file should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, or bmp format for online submission.
• A valid personal e-mail address and contact number(s)
• Application fee. Application fees of Rs. 1500/- Using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net banking/UPI/ Paytm for Noida & Kolkata Campuses.The application fee for the Mumbai campus admissions is waived and therefore need not be paid.

Important: The Application Form will only be accepted with the required documents.

Kindly note that merely submitting an application form does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the programme. The Form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.

Candidates are advised to retain a copy of the Application Form.

An Application Form number and password are generated on submission of the application form and printed on the first page in case of a downloaded/purchased Form. Log on to your Admission Microsite by using your form number and password at the following URL: https://portal.amity.edu/login.aspx.

After logging on to your Microsite for the first time, please change the password and keep it safe and confidential.

Your Microsite enables you to:

1. Check the Status of Application Form
2. Select the date for appearing for the Selection Process and download the Admit Card.
3. Check the selection status.
4. Print the Admission letter after you have been selected.
5. Check confirmation of fee payment.

After you receive confirmation on the Admission Microsite regarding the receipt of your Application Form, it will be processed within five working days.

Qualified candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of the Admission Process on the Admission Microsite [Note for designer: Please embed the following link into the term Admission Mircrosite: https://portal.amity.edu/login.aspx]

In certain cases, options for test dates will be available, giving greater flexibility to you. This information will only be available on the website. No separate communication will be sent in this regard.

If you have applied for more than one programme through separate Application Forms, kindly select separate dates for the Admission Process tests and other modalities.

The admission process may extend until late in the evening. Students are requested to make traveling and boarding arrangements accordingly.

Visit https://amity.edu/how-to-reach.aspx for traveling instructions to the campus and the contact details for availing accommodation in the vicinity.

A message will be sent to you to inform you of the announcement of the results on your admission microsite. This will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered an official communication for selection.

All selected candidates will receive an intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter, which will be available on the admission microsite for downloading. The admission letter will include details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allocation of Hostel, and the date and venue for the commencement of the academic session.

The admission offer will only be valid for the specific programme chosen by the candidate and the corresponding academic session.

Admission is provisional until all conditions are met within the specified time.

Please ensure that the fee is paid within the specified date and report for classes after the payment of fee to avoid cancellation of admission.
